Cloud 9 Contractors is a West Sussex construction company with 15 years of experience across residential and commercial projects.

We were founded in 2011 with a straightforward aim: deliver quality construction work, communicate clearly, and see every project through to the end.

Who We Are

Over 15 years, that approach has grown us from a small local operation to a team of 40 to 50 professionals covering most of West Sussex and parts of Hampshire. We work on everything from home extensions and loft conversions to commercial new builds and full property refurbishments.

The business is still run with the same values it started with. Show up. Do the job right. Be straight with people.

Why It Matters to Us

Construction has a reputation problem. Contractors who take deposits and disappear. Jobs handed off to unsupervised subcontractors. Poor communication and missed deadlines.

We have built Cloud 9 specifically to be the opposite of that. Every project we take on is fully managed, properly insured, and seen through to completion. Clients are kept informed throughout and payments only move forward once work has been approved.

It is how we think every contractor should operate. Not everyone does.
