Common Questions

  • Most of West Sussex and parts of Hampshire. Key areas include Worthing, Chichester, Brighton and Hove, Horsham, Littlehampton, and Havant. Not sure? Just ask.

  • Every project is scoped individually. We visit the site and provide a detailed quote with no obligation.

  • Yes. £10 million public liability, professional indemnity, and employer's liability. All documentation available on request.

  • The full cost is broken into milestones agreed before work starts. Each payment is only due once that phase of work is completed and you have seen and approved it. On larger projects this typically means six to ten stages.

  • A JCT contract is a standard UK construction agreement that sets out clear responsibilities, payment terms, and a defined process for handling any changes. We use it on commercial and larger residential projects. It protects both parties and means nothing is left to chance.

  • We work through every snag fully before sign-off. On JCT projects a defects liability period of up to six months applies after handover, meaning any issues that arise post-completion are resolved at no extra cost.
